OTHER CASH BENEFITS FOR THE DEVELOPER

- any costs of tenant changes in accordance with the tenant change procedure,
- costs of maintaining the premises, parking space, storage space for two-wheeled vehicles and participation in the costs of management and maintenance of the common property until the date of transfer of ownership of the premises/share in the joint ownership of the premises to the purchaser,
- interest on overdue payments,
- a surcharge to the price in the event of any increase in the value-added tax (VAT) rate,
- a potential surcharge to the price in the event of an increase in the floor area of the premises, storage unit, or bicycle box following the as-built measurement.
